Established in 2009, Chanting Group (Suzhou Chanting Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.) is headquartered in Xukou Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou, China, and its factory covers an area of more than 12,000 ㎡ and there are about 500 employees in the company at present.
The company is mainly engaged in precision machinery and precision parts' heat-treatment engineering, and is a high-quality private enterprise specialized in processing and assembly business of core parts of electric staple guns and hydraulic power tools. It involves areas such as: electric tools, automobiles, medical treatment, optics, and digital, etc.
The company is currently equipped with more than 150 CNC machining centers and CNC lathes, as well as atmosphere protection quenching production line, vacuum quenching production line and high-frequency local quenching production line, in the meantime, we are also equipped with many supporting auxiliary equipment, enabling us to provide many customers with first-class precision manufacturing and services.
Over more than ten years of development, the company has formed a complete set of industrial chain from procurement of raw materials, development of molds, production & manufacturing, heat treatment & processing, assembly of products to delivery of finished products. The company has obtained reliance from many domestic and foreign customers in the field of manufacturing, and has currently established good cooperative partner relationships with many internationally well-known companies, such as: TTI, SECON (USA), De Poan Pneumatic Corp. (Taiwan, China), Chervon Group, Hitachi Japan), Hoerbiger (Germany), ZEISS (Germany), Leica (Germany), etc., and won reliance from the customers.
In 2019, in order to increase the enterprise' s competitiveness in overseas markets, under "The Belt & Road" Initiative of the state, the company invested in production lines in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary i.e. Vietnam Chanting Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The company is equipped with more than 30 double-shaft lathes, more than 15 CNC machining centers, as well as atmosphere quenching production line and blackening production line, and the complete supporting equipment can provide the customers with first-class services.
The company has strong capabilities in R &D, manufacturing and quality control. At present, our R &D team has about 50 people. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14000, iatf16949 and other quality system certification. It has been rated as an excellent supplier by foreign customers for many times.
